THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

How many come in a set?

​Ten faux nails in a set. Check your nail measurements before ordering to ensure they will fit.

How long will they stay on?

​It all depends on the application.

1-3 days: Apply a thin glue strip from your cuticle to the tip. Bring glue with you in case of emergency.

5-7 days: Apply a pea-sized glue dot to each natural nail (adjust for pinkie) and a little to the back of the Mini Ami nails. Spread around, don’t get too close to the skin as the glue will disperse when pressure is applied.

7-12 days: Follow full instructions on the backside of the nail display card.

What comes in the package?

The nails you ordered and an application kit include a mini nail glue, nail buffer, wooden cuticle pusher, and an alcohol wipe.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes. Depending on how long you've worn them, and if they are still in good shape once removed, gently buff the back of the Mini Ami nail to remove old excess glue and reapply as usual.

How do I figure out my nail size?

Please refer to the nail sizing chart to determine your correct nail size.

The standard nail sizes don't fit my nails, what should I do?

If none of the standard sizes fit your nail measurements, select "custom" and leave your measurements at checkout in the instruction box: Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky, - Example 15mm, 12mm, 13mm, 12mm, 10mm,

How long does it take to process and ship my order? 

It takes 1-3 weeks for your order to be processed for shipping. Please understand I only have one set of hands to paint, process, and ship the nails.

Do you accept exchanges or offer refunds?

Due to the nature of the products and sanitary reasons, all sales are final. For this reason, please ensure you double-check your order and nail size before placing your order. 

Any claims about quality/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.
